This hotel is conveniently located just across the train station, making it a great choice for travelers arriving by train. The staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are fresh and delicious, serving a variety of foods to satisfy all tastes.

I had a wonderful stay at Alex Hotel & Spa in Marseille. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. The location right opposite the station was so convenient for my early train trip. The hotel was quiet and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I was pleased to find plenty of eating options nearby and the proximity to the port and historical center was a bonus. The room, although compact, was clean and offered ample storage space. The coffee machine in the foyer was a much-appreciated touch, especially in the early mornings. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old port and right next to St Charles railway station. The rooms have nice decorations and some even have balconies. The staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and worth the price. the hotel offers an honesty bar where guests can enjoy drinks and settle the payment during checkout.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location. It is directly across from the main train station, which also serves as a subway stop. Being so close to the station made traveling around the city easy. it was only a short walk to the vieux port, great to explore the charming waterfront area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, with our room being super clean upon arrival. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful suggestions on things to do in this city.

The variety of tea options could have been better, as they didn't have English breakfast tea. the paper cups for beverages didn't fit well with the overall style and ambiance of the hotel.
